We will look at similar properties in your area that have recently sold and see how they stack up against your home. We will also look at homes currently listed in your area (your competition), as well as properties with expired listing contracts (homes that did not sell).

Based on the market analysis, we will give you advice on setting the price for your home. If you price it too low, you might be leaving money on the table. If you price it too high, you will attract less interest and acquire fewer showings. The fewer the showings, the fewer the opportunities for someone to fall in love with your home. A property also tends to lose interest and momentum between fifteen and thirty days after listing, and the longer it sits on the market, the more likely it is that you will end up selling it for less (or not at all).
List your home on the MLS (with syndication to home search websites like Zillow and Trulia)
When your home is listed on the MLS, it is being marketed to all of the other Realtors who are working with buyers. MLS listings also show up on the major home search websites, such as Zillow and Trulia, as well as the smaller local search websites. The advertisement for your home will be visible all over the internet for buyers to discover your property.
Provide professional photography of your property
Logan Marshall Realty will pay for professional photography of your home. Most prospective buyers click through hundreds (if not thousands) of pictures online to pick the homes they want to tour, which is why we use professional photography.
